To be honest, My future plans are not clear for me. I have dreamt about future like everybody in this world. For example, I dreamt about studying the English language, but I didn’t dream about studying a differtent major than what I have. Now I will study in the United States, where I study English as a second language, in Texas where I want to study for my degree major. Before I studied medical secretary and transcriptions, I had a diploma program degree. Although I will study radiology in the United States, my future dream is to study audiology. I will study radiology only if I will have a job in my country because it is not available job these days. In addition, as soon as I finish study in the United States, I will go back to my country even if I don't find work there. My family are the best that I have, and I want to stay with them for the rest of my live. Finally, I hope that my plans in the future will become true.

"ology" is used for the study of something. "ist" is used to describe the person.

Do you mean 'here'? Or 'only if I find work there'?

Remember that 'because' is used with a dependent clause. However, you don't have a clause here because there is no verb.
